We continually work to improve the accessibility of our Site by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard, which is widely recognized as the benchmark for ADA compliance in digital spaces. Third-Party Tools: We use tools like Microsoft Clarity for anonymized user experience analytics to identify and address accessibility issues, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
In addition, we conduct regular accessibility audits and incorporate user feedback to enhance the Site. Our team receives training on WCAG principles and best practices for digital accessibility.
Known Limitations and Ongoing Improvements
While we strive for full compliance, some areas of the Site may have limitations due to third-party integrations or legacy content:
Embedded Maps: The Google Maps integration on our homepage may have limited accessibility features controlled by Google. We provide alternative text-based location information where possible.
Subcontracted Content: Renderings and technical visuals from freelancers may occasionally lack full alt text or descriptions upon initial upload; we are working to standardize this process.
Older Media: Some archival project images or blog content may not fully meet current WCAG standards. We are prioritizing updates to these elements.
